has been working in orthodontics for about 10 years. Tim is currently pursuing specialty training in orthodontics and works primarily with orthodontic treatment for adults.
He offers fixed orthodontic treatment with metal brackets, ceramic brackets, and champagne-colored brackets. Aligners and clear aligners may be used in select cases when this is deemed a suitable and predictable form of treatment. Tim has extensive experience with aligner treatment, has treated more than 500 Invisalign patients, and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clear Aligners at the City of London Dental School.
Tim also offers evaluation and treatment using mini-screws/TADs, MARPE for a narrow upper jaw in selected adults, retainers, and treatment of relapse following previous orthodontic treatment. He also works with bite splints for teeth grinding, tooth wear, and jaw-related problems, as well as orthodontic pre-treatment prior to implants, prosthetics, or surgical treatment.
When planning treatment, we don’t just consider whether the teeth are straight or crooked. Tim takes a comprehensive look at tooth alignment, bite, jaw relationships, facial proportions, function, and expected stability. The goal is a personalized treatment plan that results in a stable bite and a result that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional over time.
